Furman students are passionate about helping others—working with the disabled, with children, with the underprivileged, and with medical institutions. Our commitment to giving back is realized through the Heller Service Corps.

Founded in 1965, Heller Service Corps has become the largest student organization at Furman University. We place more than 1,800 students in agencies serving the Greenville and Upstate South Carolina community each year. Every service opportunity helps our students grow as leaders. From hosting community events to working at local animal shelters, our students impact the community for the better.
