The Younts Conference Center boasts an on-site kitchen with full-service catering provided exclusively by Furman University Catering Services. Start with hors d’oeuvres and a cocktail hour on the terrace or head straight into the ballroom for an intimate served meal of filet mignon with a low country crab cake or a buffet sure to leave them satisfied, the choice is completely up to you!
Alcoholic beverages are permissible at the Younts Conference Center. Bell Tower Catering will assist you in preparing alcohol for your event.
About Our Chef
Chef Ralph Macrina, graduate of the Culinary Institute of the Carolinas, boasts an extensive career that began at age 15 which provided ample experience to help you choose not only a customized menu, but the service to fit your event.
Macrina has a wide range of expertise, ranging from a successful career in the Washington D.C. area, including notable establishments such as the National Republican Club of Capitol Hill and the Harlequin Dinner Theatre, to earning a variety of Silver and Gold medals at local, regional and national culinary competitions.
Along side an equally experienced and professional front-of-house staff, Chef Ralph will deliver a high level of quality and help ensure every detail is in place. To read a full biography click here
