Field of Study Declaration

In order to officially declare or change a field of study
(major or concentration), follow these steps:

1. Complete a Field of Study Declaration
 
2. Select a specific field of study and complete a tentative plan for meeting
requirements in the field of study with your advisor or department chair.

3. Submit BOTH the declaration and the requirement checklist
to the Assistant Academic Dean in the Administration Building, Room 204.
