Human Resources Office Mission Statement

The Human Resources Office will:

  • provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information promptly and efficiently in compliance with office procedures and policies

  • provide professional, courteous, and helpful service in an open environment where all individuals feel comfortable when making requests, asking for assistance, or giving input and where every request is important and receives immediate attention

  • maintain the confidentiality of all personnel activities, requests, and records

  • provide benefits, programs, and information that meet employee needs based on continual review, assessment, and requests for input

  • establish and comply with policies and procedures that promote equal opportunities
