EAG/ECOS Film Series
ECOS student will provide a showing of "Drowned Out," a documentary about dams in India. This will be the first in a series of environmental films sponsored by EAG and the Environmental Community of Students. The film will be a CLP event and will include a panel discussion by members of the Furman faculty.

EAG/ECOS Speaker Series
ECOS student Brooke Stallings will bring Yared Fubosa to speak at Furman. Fubosa, a Tanzanian native, is a doctoral student in the Department of Environment and Society at Utah State University. As a middle school student in Tanzania, Fubosa became a founding member of Roots and Shoots. Now, he is building a school near his village that will promote community-based education and conservation.
