| NORTH VILLAGE K BEASTS THE KILL-A-WATT CHALLENGE! | |||||||||||||
The results for the First Annual North Village Kill-a-Watt Challenge are in. Congratulations to Apartment K who staged a come-from-behind victory in March and April to win the $2000 prize sponsored by RLC! Residents will be contacted soon on how to claim their prize. Over the course of the year, North Village saved over 162,000 kWh and thousands of dollars in energy cutbacks. Many thanks go to Colin Hagan and Jen Holden for their leadership as North Village Environmental Residents and to RLC for sponsoring both the kick-off party and grand prize. Thanks for investing in the Year of the Environment on a personal level, and stay tuned for more information on this challenge for next year!
