How can your organization reach more students?

Companies and agencies that recruit Furman University graduates through the Office of Career Services have the opportunity to establish a higher profile on campus through the Career Partners corporate sponsorship program. This promotional strategy offers employers the opportunity to enhance their visibility and gain more recognition among students while providing support for Furman University. Funds from this program will support technology upgrades and improvements, purchase of resource materials for the Career Library, and projects designed to improve career programs and services for Furman students and alumni.

The program recognizes employers that contribute annually to the Office of Career Services at one of two levels:

Career Partners: Those organizations that contribute $2,500 or more in monetary donations or technology and equipment (i.e., computers, printers, software, etc.).

Career Associates: Those organizations that contribute $1,000 or more in monetary donations or equipment.

BENEFITS

The following will be offered for both the Partners and Associates level for the twelve months following the gift:

• The organization's name will be engraved in brass relief and logo affixed in the appropriate gift category on the Career Partners recognition board located prominently in Furman's University Center.
  
• The organization's name will be included on Furman's Career Partners Web page with a link to a "flash page" that provides information on the organization and its campus activities (recruiting dates, participation in Career Day, presentations, special events, etc.). A link to the organization's Web page will also be included if desired.
  
• The organization will be recognized in the Career Services Annual Report distributed throughout Furman University.
  
• ·The organization will be listed on the Career Services Schedule of Events distributed to Furman University students each term.
  
• The registration fee for the annual Career Fair will be waived.

Partner Level Only

In addition to the above benefits, those organizations that contribute at the Partners level will also receive the following benefit:

• The organization's name and logo will be given higher visibility by being placed on the main Career Services Web page as a Corporate Sponsor. This page is displayed every time the Career Services Website is accessed, thousands of times each month. This will incorporate a link to the "flash page." The name, logo and Web links will remain on the Web page for the entire year of the sponsorship.
