Greenville Free Medical Clinic
Northwest Crescent Center Satellite

This facility is a primary medical care satellite clinic for adults and children.  Only adult medical services are provided.  Volunteer physicians, nurses, screeners, translators, and pharmacists provide care on a first come preregistration basis.  Prescription medications are available free of charge to elgible Greenville County residents.
