VISION
Provide a comprehensive,
integrated student experience which embraces learning, personal
responsibility, leadership and service, and fosters the appreciation,
respect and understanding of individual and cultural differences.

Engage
The teaching framework for the Shucker Leadership Institute are the
concepts in relational ledaership. Through the Relational Leadership
Model, students are encouraged to be inclusive, empowering, purposeful,
ethical, and process oriented.
In addition to this model, Fellows in the second level of SLI also explore and experience the Social Change Model of Leadership through a project approach with an emphasis on creating positive change in the community.
