This form must be submitted by 5 p.m. on February 25th. The managers meeting for Softball, Sand Volleyball and Tennis is March 4, 2008, at 3:15 p.m. in the P.A.C. classroom.

The meeting is mandatory and if you or a team member/organization member is not present at the start of the meeting, entrance to the meeting will be denied and the following penalty will be enforced:
Championship Team - loss of 25 entry points per team and 1 automatic loss

Recreational Team - loss of 25 entry points per team 1 automatic loss

After reviewing the information you are providing, click the appropriate button below. Submitting the proposal will cause a copy of it to be mailed to the Recreational Sports Director. A copy will also be sent to the team manager whose address has been entered above.
