You've seen the bulldozers, attempted to make sense of the makeshift signage and tried unsuccessfully to give an off-campus visitor directions to your office. But that's not the worst of it. As a Furman employee you've been forced to commit an act that is wholly unnatural - you've had to drive down the wrong lane of the university's main mall. But what does it mean? And when will it end?

University landmark could be added to National Register of Historic Places

A Furman landmark and the only remaining structural remnant of the old campus in downtown Greenville could be included on the National Register of Historic Places.

Furman football - it's not just pigskin anymore

With 17 starters returning from a club that finished 9-4 and captured a share of the Southern Conference title, the Furman football team is projected to finish among the top 10 in almost every NCAA Division I-AA preseason poll.
