I have worked at Furman since June 2007. I have earned an Associate Degree in Practical Christian Leadership from Bob Jones University and have worked at a Christian camp for two summers, along with numerous other jobs. At Furman, I love to see college students learn and be what they are called to do in the future. I like watching or talking about sports, shopping, spending time with my two nieces and one nephew, and love other recreational activities. |

Jim Braziel Residence Halls Facilities Manager |
Jim has worked for Furman since 1996. He has earned 18 credit hours from Furman. Jim is retired from the Greenville County Sheriff's Office and is also an ordained Southern Baptist minister. He spends all of his free time with his grandchildren. The most rewarding part of his job is the interaction with the staff and students. |

Dr. Jason Cassidy Assistant Director |
Jason has worked for Furman since 1999. He earned a B.S. in Biology from Bethany College (Bethany, WV), M.S. in College Student Personnel Administration from Canisius College (Buffalo, NY), and Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Clemson University (Clemson, SC). He enjoys playing basketball, watching sports, scuba diving, and anything outdoors. Jason is married to an assistant principal at an elementary school and has two boys. The most rewarding part of his job is watching Furman students grow and develop into leaders, as well as helping students through individual challenges in their lives. |

Kimberly Dressler Lakeside Housing Area Coordinator & Coordinator for Engaged Living |
Kimberly Dressler has worked for Furman since 2006. Originally from Fort Thomas, KY, a suburb of Cincinnati, OH she moved to South Carolina in August 2000. She earned a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina (Columbia, SC). Kimberly was active in many student organizations while in undergrad, so she decided to pursue a career in Higher Education so she could inspire students the way her advisors had inspired her. She earned a M.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina as well. In her free time Kimberly loves to hang out with her friends and family. She also likes traveling, meeting new people, photography, traveling, reading, and traveling more. |

Angie has worked for Furman since 2004. She enjoys riding motorcycles, bowling, and spending time at the lake in the summer. The most rewarding part of her job is meeting a lot of friendly people, interacting one-on-one with the students, and the benefits extended to the children of employees. |

Robbie Giles Administrative Assistant |
Robbie has worked for Furman since 1999. She earned an AAS in Secretarial Science from Greenville Technical College (Greenville, SC). She enjoys Furman football and basketball, crocheting, cross-stitching, spending time with her pets, and watching game shows. Robbie is married to a career firefighter and has one daughter who will be a Furman alum in June 2007. The most rewarding part of her job is staying in touch with the younger generation and watching students grow and learn from their experiences at Furman. |

Greer has worked for Furman since 2007. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Furman and a Master of Science in College Student Personnel Work from Kansas State University. Having spent several years away from her alma mater, Greer was thrilled to return to such a warm and welcoming environment. For her, the most rewarding aspect of her position is the give and take, reciprocal teaching relationship of working with students. In her free time Greer enjoys exploring the Upstate, walking her dog, going to the movies and staying in touch with family and friends throughout the US. |

Rod has worked for Furman since 2006. He earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Furman. He enjoys reading books for fun, collecting quotes, and the occasional addictive video game. As a Furman employee, his greatest reward is to give back to his alma mater in a manner that supports students by enriching their time as members of the campus community. "I wanted a perfect ending. Linda has worked for Furman since 1991. She moved over to Housing in 1999 from the Paladen. She enjoys reading, attending church, and collecting keychains and bears. Linda is married and lost a 17-year old daughter to a car wreck in 1998. The most rewarding part of her job is getting to work with the students and her coworkers. |

Teresa has worked for Furman since 2005. She attended Mars Hill College (Mars Hill, NC) and earned her certification in Health Sciences with a major in Massage Therapy from Greenville Technical College (Greenville, SC). Teresa enjoys reading, gardening, and horses. The most rewarding part of her job is the association with the students as well as staff. Linda has worked for Furman since 1985. She earned associate degrees in Criminal Justice and Business Administration under the G.I. Bill following a tour of duty in the U.S. Army. She enjoys ballroom dancing and hiking. The most rewarding part of her job is being able to provide our residents and guests with timely service. It is especially rewarding when she is able to share an e-mail of appreciation from one of our residents with her maintenance/custodial staff since they are responsible for taking care of our residents as quickly as possible. |

Marian has worked for Furman since 2003. She enjoys working in the yard, arts and crafts, and going to the lake. The most rewarding part of her job are the people (employees and students), the beautiful campus, and the benefits for employees. Marian is just happy to be a member of the Furman family. |

He enjoys exercising, working in the yard, and numismatics. The most rewarding part of his job is working with phenomenal students and watching them develop into great men and women. |
