Loft Lease Request
2009-10

Lofts are no longer available.  Our supply has been exhausted.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but the order deadline was July 31st.


Furman University Housing & Residence Life will loft your bed for $189. 
Please submit the lease request below if you would like your bed lofted. When you arrive in the fall your loft will already be assembled and installed in your room; and, we will take it down for you when you leave in the spring.

Only Furman-leased lofts are allowed in campus housing.
Homestyle Lofts (or any other type of outside lofts)
are NO LONGER allowed. 

All orders will be charged to your student account over the summer and will show on your fall semester bill.  Cancellations will be accepted without penalty until August 7th. 
ALL CANCELLATIONS AFTER AUGUST 7th
 WILL RESULT IN A 50% REFUND
because the furniture will already be ordered and installed.
  Orders submitted after July 31 will be placed on a wait list to be filled by availability on a first-come-first-serve basis.
DO NOT SEND PAYMENT WITH THIS ORDER.

* Due to the room configuration, lofts cannot be used in Blackwell.  Lofts are already included in the room rate for McGlothlin and McBee, but you MUST order one to have it installed.  If you are assigned to Gambrell or Chiles, please refer to the section at the bottom of this page before ordering a loft.

If you are assigned to Chiles or Gambrell, please be aware that the room configurations are different than in other residence halls.  Below are differing loft arrangements:
