This form is to be completed by rising fourth-year students who will live in their designated Fraternity house and commute to Furman University's campus for the 2008-09 academic year. This exemption will NOT be granted to students wanting to live in an apartment.

If University Housing discovers that a student approved for this off-campus exemption has been living at another address, that student will be charged the cost of on-campus housing for the year and may be required to move into campus housing.
