As the Group Coordinator, I understand that if I do NOT get an email confirmation at the email address provided above, that means that Housing and Residence Life did NOT receive my request. It is my responsibility to check my email to confirm that my request was submitted properly.

I also understand that submitting this request does NOT mean that my group will automatically be granted permission to return to campus early. I understand that a Housing and Residence Life official will review my group's request and determine whether or not it is valid. I understand that due to the necessity for a fair and consistent process, the decision of Housing and Residence Life is FINAL.
