The Earle Infirmary is open twenty-four hours, seven
days a week during the regular school year; closing only at the
times the residence halls are closed. During summer sessions hours
we are open 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Monday - Friday, during summer
session.

Available 24 hours when health service is open. Physician
hours are 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon, Monday - Friday during regular sessions.
They are on call for the remainder of the twenty-four hours period.
We are affiliated with the Greenville Hospital System Medical Education
Department, having third year residents in Pediatrics, Young Adults
and Internal Medicine rotate through our facility.
Women’s Clinic-(864) 294-2180
The Women’s Clinic provides education about women’s
health issues and routine gynecological care, including annual pap
smear. It is staffed by one board certified gynecologist and a nurse practitioner and is held
each Tuesday evening, 5:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. by appointment only.
Sports Medicine/Physical Therapy Center-(864) 294-2130
Sports Medicine Center staff are available to assess
musculoskeletal problems and injuries. Sports Medicine Center has
two locations. Main center is located in the Athletics Building
across from the baseball stadium. The other location is in Timmons
Arena. Physical Therapy is located in the main Sports Medicine Center,
Athletics Building.
Laboratory Services
Governed by CLIA we perform a limited number of lab
tests in our facility including hematocrit, urinalysis, blood sugar,
Mono. test, rapid strept test, throat culture and urine culture.
With physician orders, we are capable of obtaining blood and urine
specimens for more extensive testing. These specimens are sent by
courier to a private lab for testing.
Pharmacy Services
We hold a drug outlet permit from South Carolina
Board of Pharmacy and allowed only to dispense over the counter
type medicines. All prescription medications must be obtained at
a local pharmacy near campus.
X-Ray Services
These are not available on campus. Students are sent
to either the nearby North Greenville Emergency Room or private
radiology office.
