MINUTES

September 30, 2008

Members Present: Troy Terry, Nelly Hecker, Lon Knight, Janis Bandelin
Absent: Rima Abunasser, Tom Kazee, Hamp Sherard

Council came to order and the minutes of the 4-29-08 meeting were approved.  Troy Terry updated the council on the Graduate program’s responses to the spring 2008 alumni survey. 

Members of the Council reviewed the draft of the new Strategic Plan and data/input from the Graduate Survey and from the Grad Advisory Committee. After discussion, members decided to review the plan over the next several months, email suggestions to Troy Terry, and consider a final draft in a February meeting.

The Marketing plan was discussed and the final print materials were viewed.  

Items of new business suggested for the next meeting included a summary of enrollment/revenue and continued exploration into program expansion with an MAT program or an EDS in School Leadership.

Members voted to meet next on Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at 3:00 PM.

The meeting was adjourned.
