Curriculum Committee
Faculty Constitution Description
Article V., Sec. 5, (b) Curriculum. This committee shall study proposals involving
addition and deletion of specific courses in the light of Furman's purposes,
policies, and curricular goals. The committee shall submit its recommendations
to the faculty. One member is to serve concurrently on the Academic Polices
Committee.

How to Submit a Course Proposal
- Visit the newly created web-based Course
Proposal System.
- Consult with the Collections Development Librarian to ensure appropriate
resources are available for the course.
- Notify your department chair that you intend to submit a course proposal.
- Observe the proposal deadlines:
