WINTER RATES ARE NOW AVAILABLE

Daylight savings time has ended and with the loss of light comes lower green fees. The lower winter rates are now in place with an earlier twilight rate beginning at 1 p.m.. Check out the new rates by selecting the FEES tab on the home page.

FURMAN IS ONE OF THE 30 BEST COURSES YOU CAN PLAY IN S.C.

Once a year the South Carolina Golf Course Ratings Panel sends 125 panelists out to rate the top 30 courses in the state that the public can play. Over 400 courses are considered throughout South Carolina. As a result of the overwhelmingly successful renovation, the Furman Golf Club has made the top 30 list. Furman is one of only two courses in the upstate to be bestowed this honor. In addition, the Furman Golf Club is one of only four courses outside of Myrtle Beach, Charleston, and Hilton Head chosen by the group of panelists for the Top 30 list. This is a significant honor for the course. The list and the accompanying articled is available in the Palmetto Golfer, Greater Pee Dee, Grand Strand Business Journal, Greater Columbia Business Monthly, and South Carolina Magazine. BOOK TEE TIMES ON-LINE NOW FOR FREE!!!

In a continuing effort to raise the level of customer service at Greenville's Home Course, the Furman Golf Club now offers tee times on-line for FREE! One dollar per player will no longer be charged for booking tee times on-line. Simply click the guest tab under the Schedule Tee Time heading. Then select the time and date you wish to play and book the tee time 24 hours a day up to 30 days in advance. An additional feature to the free tee times on-line are SPECIALS available on-line only. When a customer searches for tee times on a particular date all reduced green fee specials for that day will also appear. Please take a moment to try this great new advantage for Greenville's Home Course customers.
