Jennifer Burgess is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. Before joining Furman in 2009, Jennifer trained individuals and groups both in Greenville and in Brooklyn, NY. She enjoys working with people on all fitness levels, helping each client to reach his/her personal goals. Jennifer brings to her clients an understanding that although not everyone loves to exercise, everyone loves the results it produces - feeling healthier, stronger and more confident.

Brandon Chapin is a 2004 graduate of Furman University; he is presently a Fitness Specialist in the Furman Fitness Center. Prior to his return to Furman in 2007, he served as a member of the Wells High School Track and Field Coaching Staff in Maine. Under his guidance, numerous athletes set school, region and state records. Chapin has also coached post collegiate athletes sending Steve Virgilio to the 2005 Icosathlon (Double Decathlon) World Championship in Lynchburg, Virginia. In his free time Chapin enjoys training for local road races and triathlons. Chapin aims to help people achieve their personal goals within the athletic arena and beyond. Chapin is also a Level I United States Track and Field Certified Coach.

Mickey McCauley attended Furman University, is a Fitness Specialist with the Furman Fitness Center, certified personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise, a certified USA Track and Field coach and a staff member of the "Furman Institute of Running and Scientific Training." Mickey specializes in working with all abilities with training programs and technique advice. Mickey also works one-on-one personal training with individuals who desire to improve their quality of life and fitness level through cardiovascular training, resistance training, and sound nutritional habits.
