Membership Information

Furman Physical Activities Center (PAC) provides fitness services to the students, faculty and staff of Furman University.  PAC membership is also available to outside community members on a limited basis. Community membership includes use of the:

To apply for membership at the PAC/FFC, you must complete a New Member Application.  These can be downloaded here or picked up at the FFC front desk. Once completed and signed, all forms should be submitted in person at the FFC front desk.  Memberships and payment cannot be processed if any paperwork is missing.

The New Member Application includes a Physician’s Clearance form.  For the safety of our members, everyone seeking membership at the PAC/FFC must have a physician sign the no contraindication statement on the Physician’s Clearance form. 
All applications for membership are subject to final approval by the Director and/or Furman Fitness Center Advisory Committee. After approval, the member’s photo is taken and an ID is issued.  ID’s are required for entrance to the PAC/FFC.
