Students who are registered with the Office of Disability Services and wish to take the GRE should complete the application and Test Takers with Disabilities Supplement packet which are available online at http://www.ets.org/gre.

Instead of submitting documentation with the application, the student should have the Disability Services Coordinator complete the verification sheet found in the Test Takers with Disabilities Supplement packet.
