Recital Guidelines and Forms

Linked to the right are PDF files for use in preparing a junior or senior recital, honors recital, Tuesday afternoon student recital or grad school recording session.

All recital applications are subject to approval and verification by the private teacher, recital jury and music office.

PRINTING
Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to open and print.  The pages will open in separate windows.  To print the form needed, use the 'print' button/option within the open document PDF header - not the one on your web browser.

SAVING
To save a form to your hard drive, use the 'Save a Copy' button/option within the open document PDF header.  It will save as a PDF file.

SUBMITTING
Turn in the completed forms with faculty signature to the music office or chapel office at least one month prior to your date.
