Tim D. Easter Tim Easter serves as Principal Double Bass of the Greenville Symphony and Chamber Orchestra; Principal Double Bass of the South Carolina Philharmonic and and Principal Double Bass of the Augusta Opera. He also serves as section member of the Charleston and Augusta symphonies. As a double bass performance graduate of Furman, Mr. Easter speaks with enthusiasm and confidence of the benefits and results of a Furman liberal arts education in music. His association with Furman University and the Greenville area has allowed him to work with bassists Edgar Meyer, Jack Budrow, Hal Robinson, and as a solo performer with the Los Angeles Piano Quartet.
