Print both pages.  Please submit a separate Page One (information page) for each student applicant.  Page Two should reflect your family's total Housing, Meal and Financial information. Please submit one copy per family of Page Two with totals noted.  See housing note below.

TEACHER TRAINEE APPLICATION 

Print both pages.  Please submit a separate Page One for each TT applicant.  Page Two should reflect the total Housing, Meal and Financial information. If paying for more than one TT, please submit one copy of page two with totals noted.  If you also have a student attending, please utilize page one of the student application, noting their tuition on your financial page. See housing note below.

• If you are paying for someone else's housing, please be sure to list them on the roommate/shared housing line at the top of page two so we know to place the families together. 
• If someone else is paying for your housing, please make note of that on the same line so we can verify and place the families together.
• A limited number of ADA handicap-compliant and wheelchair-accessible apartments are available.
