Daniel Piano Competition
for Young Artists

Held: March 28 - 30, 2008

The Daniel Piano Competition evolved from a local competition sponsored, for many years, by the Greenville Symphony.  Furman University carried forward this successful tradition by expanding the competition to an international level and significantly raising the amount of the awards. We express our deepest thanks to the private and corporate sponsors who support this opportunity to recognize and reward gifted young pianists. The level of performance this year was quite impressive - all are to be congratulated on their accomplishments.
