Asian Studies Faculty
Members of the Asian studies faculty are well-versed and highly knowledgeable. They exemplify the interdisciplinary nature of our Asian Studies major as they represent seven different disciplines: Business and Accounting, Economics, History, Modern Languages and Literature, Religion, Political Science, English, and Philosophy. Several have received prestigious Fulbright fellowships to study in India, and others have been invited to visit and lecture in China and Japan. All have traveled extensively or lived in Asia and are able to include first-hand accounts and personal illustrations in their classroom discussions.
