Doors open at 6:00 P.M with free food and plenty of TVs to view the 2004 South Carolina Democratic Debate. After the debate, HOT 98.1's Taylor Scott takes the mic and will conduct a drawing awarding one lucky person with Round trip air to Los Angeles , hotel accommodations and best of all, 2 coveted tickets to the RTV Awards.
