Admission: There is no charge for tickets, but you can reserve them in advance by calling the Debate Office at (864) 241-5405. Ticket pick-up will be held on Tuesday, January 27 from 1:00-4:00pm or on Wednesday, January 28 from 1:00-4:00pm at the Allen Temple Community Development Center. No tickets will be available for pickup at the Debate Office. You may also be able to acquire a ticket from your local congregation in Greenville, so you can ask them directly. Lunch is free to the first 500 attendees.
Description: The excitement of Debate Day begins with a drop-in to welcome the candidates as they arrive in Greenville! Candidates are encouraged to stop in between 1:00 and 3:00 to address the audience of up to 500, meet and greet local Democrats one-on-one, and enjoy some Southern hospitality. WJMZ and local talent to provide entertainment; a light lunch will be served. Credentialed Press Welcome.
