Population and Environment
Prerequisite: Sociology 11 or permission of instructor
Analysis and review of basic population theory and trends, including a detailed study of the effects of demographic components (fertility, mortality and migration) on contemporary human society and the environment. (Students may not receive credit for both Economics/Sociology 35 and Sociology 46.)
