HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
30 hours /week; Pay Range $26,000 to $39,000

Greenville County Recreation District seeks an experienced Human Resource
professional to implement and manage human resources functions, programs and
services. The District employs 70 full-time staff, 50 part-time staff, and
hires about 200 seasonal employees each spring for summer positions.
Responsibilities include employee recruitment and selection, new employee
orientation, employee record and file maintenance, policy and procedure
development; and compliance with applicable federal, state and local
employment laws.
Requirements: BA/S with emphasis in human resources, business
administration or a closely related field; and two years related experience.
