2008 Commencement Information

Tickets
Due to limited seating, Commencement is not open to the public.

Each person attending the ceremony will need a ticket. In case of rain, each graduate will be furnished five (5) admission tickets for use by family or friends. All tickets will be distributed to students on May 26 and 27 and will be issued according to the information supplied on the enclosed postage paid, self-addressed card. Please return the completed cards by May 21. We ask that you request no more tickets than you need so we can accommodate all graduates’ guests. All tickets will be numbered and assigned to specific individuals. Tickets are subject to a random check according to the list generated during distribution. After distribution, tickets may not be exchanged.

Parking Traffic and Parking
As with any commencement, traffic and parking will be congested. Please plan to arrive early. Persons needing special accommodations should refer to the enclosed instructions from the Disability Services office.
