2008 Commencement Information

U.S. President George W. Bush and senior Meredith Neville will serve as Commencement speakers at Furman's graduation exercises May 31 in Paladin Stadium. The president will speak at three Commencement exercises this spring. The others are at Greensburg High School in Kansas and the U.S. Air Force Academy. Neville, a senior Communication Studies major from Charleston, S.C., will join the president on stage by delivering a student address, a university tradition.

Due to limited space, seating for this event is limited primarily to students, faculty and staff and thier guests.  However, you may view a live streaming video of graduation online.  You will need to register for your password.  There is no fee.
