A brochure is mailed with the fall semester billing statement which describes the coverage offered by the University and student eligibility for the 12 month program.  The annual cost is $157 and is included on your billing statement.  All eligible students will be covered and charged unless the waiver inside the brochure is signed and returned to the Bursar's Office by August 12, 2008. Students participating in a foreign study program at any time during the academic year may not waive the insurance coverage.
