Spring Semester Billing Information
Payment
Payment is due December 16, 2009 for a student to be financially approved prior to the first day of class. Please be sure to send the remittance copy with your check, making note of any adjustments.
Payment may also be made by electronic check via WebAdvisor. After the student is logged in, select "Make a payment" and complete the required bank account and payment information.
If you would like to pay your bill by credit card, you may charge your payment to your MasterCard, Discover or American Express account by calling our service provider, Official Payments, at this toll-free number: 1.866.836.3924. Official Payments will charge you a fee of 2.5% for each credit card transaction.
Parking Permit
If you did not have a vehicle on campus during the fall semester, but will have a car on campus in the spring, come by the Student Business Center to purchase a parking decal. The cost is $45.00.
ECSI Monthly Payment Plan
If you participate in the ECSI monthly payment plan, your account has been credited with funds received from ECSI as of the statement billing date. The November - March payments will credit to spring semester. Need a payment plan for spring semester? Click here to go to ECSI's website. Set up a four-month payment plan by November 25th or a three-month plan by December 15th.
Meal Plans
Meal plans and food points for spring semester are as follows:

All residential students are required to have a meal plan.
First year students are required to take the Unlimited plan.
Second year students may choose the Unlimited, 200, or 170 meal plan.
Third year students may choose the Unlimited, 200, 170, or 100 meal plan.
Fourth year students may choose the Unlimited, 200, 170, 100, or 80 meal plan.
Commuters may choose any meal plan, but are not required to have one.
The last day to change a meal plan for spring semester is Wednesday, January 13, 2010.
Refunds
Refund request forms are available on-line through WebAdvisor. After logging in to the WebAdvisor student menu, select Student Refund Request Form located under Financial Aid, and complete the required information. Only one refund will be processed per student per term. Please allow 7 to 10 days after the course adjustment period for processing. Click Here to go directly to WebAdvisor.
