Favorite Activity in Greenville: Running on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, spending time with friends downtown, and taking advantage of Falls Park and all that the City has to offer.
Favorite Greenville Restaurant: Tie between Soby’s and Sassafras!
Favorite Furman Tradition: Homecoming every year. It is so much fun to have all your friends and classmates come back annually to have a fun weekend reminiscing about your time at school.
Best Thing about Furman: To me the best thing about Furman is the sense of community that encompasses you on campus. Furman is the perfect size to meet new people, but also feel very connected and close to your classmates and peers. The friendships and relationships that you cultivate on campus are very special, and Furman has turned me into the best version of myself.
Hobbies/Interests: I love running, traveling to new countries, spending time with my friends and family, and going to the beach!
Best piece of advice for prospective students: The best piece of advice that I can give to incoming Freshman would be to immerse yourself on campus prior to committing. Go to classes, meet with professors, have lunch in the DH. Picture yourself on campus and participating in day-to-day activities. These experiences will tell you if Furman is the right fit for you.
Random/fun fact about you: I can speak backwards! Ask me how to say “Furman University goo Paladins!” (I promise you will be amused)
