Sample Roster Notice
The course adjustment period for spring semester concluded at the close of business yesterday... January 21. Course rosters should now be set and any student exiting your course at this point will receive a withdrawal (W) grade. Please review your rosters through ARMS
and confirm that all students enrolled for the course sections you teach are attending AND that all students attending your course sections are properly enrolled. Notify Academic Records
immediately if you uncover any discrepancies. If attendance and enrollment in your sections match perfectly, please send a note to us no later than next Wednesday, January 28
to confirm that our records are accurate. A response in either case is greatly appreciated.
Also be aware, consistent with provisions stated in the university catalog in regard to final examinations, it is our expectation that a culminating experience in your course sections will be held during the scheduled exam period
. The meeting location assigned for the section will be reserved for this purpose unless you direct us otherwise.
