Please be sure to fill in the correct ending date for the pay period on your time card. This is the day the pay period actually ends, not the day the time card is due (it will always be a saturday).

Blank Time Cards:

You may download a blank time card and fill it out in microsoft word if you would like to. Please be sure to include your name and ID# on the top and all the tutees/hours/classes. Then print it off and leave it in our office like usual. Be sure to sign the bottom. You may also print it off and fill it in by hand if you prefer.
