, Academic Assistance Office, in the Center for Academic Success, lower level of the Library.  Duties: Tutoring Furman students in subject specific areas of study.  All subjects are needed.  There is a high need for Statistics, Computer Science, Math and Chemistry.  Qual: Must complete one semester at Furman University, have a "B" or higher in the class, and have a 3.0 GPA.  Transfer equivalency or AP credit accepted.  Hours:  Hours are not guaranteed; work is based on need.  Pay: $9 per hour.  Contact: carol.hagood@furman.edu.​​
