Ralph S. Hendricks
Ralph S. Hendricks, trustee emeritus, was born in Bowman, Georgia, and grew up in Gray Court, South Carolina. After service in the U.S. Air Force during World War II, he returned to Simpsonville, South Carolina, where he built a flourishing building supply and hardware business and became a leading citizen, serving as the town's mayor from 1975 to 1987.
